The movement developed in the United Kingdom and North America in the 19th century around the teachings of John Thomas, who coined the name Christadelphian from the Greek words for Christ ( Christos) and brothers ( adelphoi). There are approximately 50,000 Christadelphians in around 120 countries. Your children will experience the love of Jesus through the caring workers in our CBS Children's Ministry.The Christadelphians ( / ˌ k r ɪ s t ə ˈ d ɛ l f i ən z/) are a restorationist group of Bible believers who hold a view of biblical unitarianism. We partner with parents as you teach and train your children to love God's word and walk in His truths. Pre-school classes cover the foundational Bible narrative, with stories, memory verses practiced in songs, activities, games and crafts that reinforce the lessons. Childcare is available for children 2 and under. Primary and Junior classes study the same scripture passages as the Adult Classes, complete with their own study workbook and discussion times tailored to their age. We provide a fun and nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We offer classes for pre-school (age 3 and up) through 6th grade with age-appropriate Bible stories, teaching, scripture memory, crafts, music, games and other activities.
